In the Tuscan countryside, not far from Florence, the Italian Storytelling Center offers from September the 8th to September the 10th, in both English and Italian, the storytelling workshop “Storie di antica e femminile saggezza” – “Stories of Ancient and Feminine Wisdom”. Giovanna Conforto, director of the Italian Storytelling Center, will guide participants in an exploration of traditional stories of feminine wisdom. The beauty of Santa Maria Ferrano will serve us as inspiration and and work space.
The workshop is for all who would like to discover or deepen the art of storytelling.

The location – Santa Maria Ferrano
Santa Maria a Ferrano, a Romanesque church, farm house and surrounding lands in the Tuscan hillside, is a center for art and spirituality. It is taken care of by a group of friends, who strive to live respectfully, creatively and with gratitude towards the bountiful gifts that surrounds them. Santa Maria wants to be a place of encounter, formation, work and retreat, where we are able to rediscover our simple humanity through the attention and care we practice for all.
